How Many Sessions Does it Take for Hypnosis to Work?

The number of sessions required to achieve your goals vary on your need, your willing to trust in the process and your commitment to follow the recommendations required for success. Hypnotherapy can be a great way to manage, decrease and/ or rid anxiety and depression. It can result in permanent change. I have had success with clients changing negative behaviors in their lives, and minimizing their anxiety and depression dramatically after a short time, whereas others take a little longer. There will be changes for you physically and mentally.

With hypnosis it can take anywhere from 1 session to change a habit to 12 sessions to change a lifetime of a habits. Afterall, hypnosis is changing a state of mind. Hypnotherapy is similar but it also uses an evidence based therapeutic modality to help you achieve your goals and change your distorted beliefs of success and worthiness.
