Meet Roy -
C.R.P.O

Roy has his Double Major in Psychology and Sociology. He is presently completing his Masters in Counseling Psychology. Life is hard. Many of us will experience periods of sadness, sorrow, setbacks and challenges. This can include struggles with appearance, relationships, work, anxiety, grief or trauma. You don’t have to go through these experiences alone, and therapy is a great way to help you move forward and become a more resilient, better version of yourself.

During our work together I will help you understand yourself better by reflecting on feelings, exploring your past, reframing experiences, and guiding you towards living a purposefully designed life with the opportunity for more moments of happiness.

I work with a wide range of individuals and couples.  Whether you are feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, wanting to maintain a solid relationship or addressing concerns in a current relationship, I am your person.

I am married with a blended family and co-parent 5 teenagers. I have the skills to guide and navigate the complexities of relationships with empathy and expertise. I offer a safe and supportive space where partners can explore their challenges, rediscover their strengths, and forge deeper connections. I empower couples to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts and cultivate a relationship with understanding and love. Whether you’re facing communication barriers, trust issues, navigating life transitions, or co-parenting I’m here to help you and your partner on this journey towards a stronger, more fulfilling relationship that you desire and deserve.
